liblscp6 software package provides LinuxSampler Control Protocol wrapper library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblscp6
liblscp6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblscp6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblscp6 *
You will get with liblscp6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
